Roles
- Admin
- These are individuals marked in their People record in the Permissions tab as Admin for Application Role - SWD and/or Application Role - TL.The SWD dashboard will have an Admin view with a navigation menu at the top that includes Create a Ticket, Pipeline Reading, Reporting, Settings, and Trakload (if subscribed to that feature).There will be stat "chips" on the page that link to reports for details of Truck Count, Barrels Dropped, and Pipeline Barrels. For Trakload, the dashboard will have an Admin view with a navigation menu at the top that includes Create a Ticket, Settings and a link to SWD Tracker (if subscribed to that feature). There will be stat chips on the page that link to reports for details of Deliveries Enrout, Deliveries Pending and Deliveries Completed.
- User
- These are individuals marked in their People record in the Permissions tab as Users for Application Role - SWD and/or Application Role - TL.The dashboard will have an employee view that has all of the same features but a limited navigation bar with the following links for SWD: Home, Create a Ticket, Pipeline Reading and on Trakload a link for Create a Ticket. They will see the same stat "chips" that Admins see.
