Managing the Runners Donation Page

Adding or Editing The Donation Campaigns

To edit the donation campaign:

• Login as an ADMIN.
• Go to ADMIN, MANAGE ADD-ONS, NGEF, RUNNING CAMPAIGNS.
• Click on a specific campaign to edit it, or click ADD to add a new campaign.
• Enter the name of the campaign and the goal amount and click OK to save changes.

Adding or Editing The Runners

To edit the donation campaign:

• Login as an ADMIN.
• Go to ADMIN, MANAGE ADD-ONS, NGEF, RUNNERS.
• Click on a specific runner to edit the record, or click ADD to add a new runner.
• Enter the name of the runner, the goal amount and sort order; select the donation campaign and click OK to save changes.
• To remove a runner from the list you can uncheck the ACTIVE box in the runner's record.

Editing the Donation Webpage

To edit the donation campaign:

• Go to www.ngefsupport.org/Ten-Miler
• Login as an ADMIN.
• Click on ADVANCED EDIT.
• Click on the WRENCH next to the add-on RUNNER DONATION FORM.
• Select the CAMPAIGN from the drop-down and click UPDATE.
