Changing the Custom Message in the Email Sent

In order to change the message in the email sent to users who click the "Forgot Your Password" link:

Login and click on ADMIN. Click on Manage Content, Copy Select the record named AAOMNotification to change the message below the user's user name and password in the email. Open the record, make changes and click OK to save. Select the record named AAOMlogin Summary to change the message above the user's user name and password in the email. Open the record, make changes and click OK to save. Below is a sample of the email that is sent: Below is your AAOM User Name and Password for the email address you provided when you requested your password. User Name: lkoenig Password: llk?!!34 Thank You.

AAOM Doctor Search

In order to appear in the doctor search on the AAOM website, a doctor must be a member of AAOM.

• The groups included in the search are specified at ADMIN, AAOM, DOCTOR SEARCH GROUP RULES.
  
• The information that appears in the search can be modified by the doctors if they go to http://aaomed.org/Profile-Form and login. They can update their information and click UPDATE to make changes.
  
• The table that controls the records in the search are located at ADMIN, AAOM, PEOPLE PRACTICE RULES.
  
• For IROM-C Certified Doctors, there is a check box in the PEOPLE record at ADMIN, MANAGE USERS, PEOPLE. Go to the Other Information tab and check the box next to IROM-C CERTIFIED. Also check the box in the GROUPS tab for IROM-C Certified to included the doctors in any special mailings.
