		+	*Click on the Lease Details to lookup the information for the specific lease. You will input the API Region, API Number, and the lease number. When you click SAVE, the county, operator, field and well number will auto populate on the ticket.

		+	*Next select a commodity from the drop down, which is populated based on which well is selected.
