Promo codes are used to allow people to set up a user account and gain access to a specific site because they are part of an organization that has purchased access to the site.

To set up a new promo code, login and click on ADMIN, MANAGE ADD-ONS, MINDABILITY, MINDABILITY PROMOTIONS. Click ADD and type in the name of the promotion. Click OK to save changes.

Also, set up a group for the new promo code. Go to MANAGE USERS, GROUPS. Click on ADD. Put the promotion code in the Name and Caption fields and click OK to save changes.

Finally, to allow users in the group access to a specific site, go to the overview page for the specific site and allow access to that group in the BLOCKING tab by clicking on the group. Click OK to save changes.
