==How to Add an FAQ List to a web page==
When you are on the web page where you would like the FAQ List to appear and are logged on as an Administrator, you will select the EDIT option from the menu. Next, click the paper/pencil icon. This will take you to the Edit record for your page. On this screen put your cursor in the Copy box, click on the Add-on drop down menu and select FAQ List. An image with the Contensive logo will appear in the Copy Box. Click OK at the top of the page to save the election to your webpage. 

After you click OK, you will return to the webpage with the FAQ List.

To add a new FAQ List, login as an Administrator and click ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, then FAQ and finally FAQ LISTS. Click ADD at the top of the page, type a name for your FAQ LIST and click OK to save the new FAQ LIST. 

Next go back to the page where the FAQ List add-on is located and click on ADVANCED EDIT. Click on the WRENCH in the menu, where you will select your new FAQ LIST from the drop down and then click UPDATE. 

==How to Add Questions and Answers to Your FAQ List for a web page==
To add new FAQ questions and answers, login as an Administrator and click ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, then FAQ and finally FAQ. Click ADD at the top of the page, type your question in the NAME field and the answer to that question in the COPY field. Also, select the name of your FAQ LIST in the FAQ LIST drop down menu. Click OK to save the new question and answer. Repeat this process until you have entered all of your questions/answers. You will see a page with the questions appearing in a gray box until you click on it, then that question and answer will be visible.
